Is there a process to dispute violations with ViziFleet?
For vehicles enrolled with Toll Management, toll violations will automatically be disputed on behalf of our customer.
Dispute services are also available for other violation types. Transfer of Liability is also offered where available.
Can I use ViziFleet if I have existing violations?
We can work with you to resolve those violations and get your fleet back in good standing with issuing agencies.
Does ViziFleet process Tolls, Violations and Title & Registrations electronically?
We have electronic integrations with hundreds of Tolling and Issuing Agencies that enable us to respond quickly and remit payment when applicable in order to avoid penalties.
We also have direct electronic processing capabilities for Title & Registration services in multiple states.
How can I see my fleet’s transactions with ViziFleet?
Soon, fleet managers will be able to view their transactions directly within the ViziFleet dashboard. Until then, fleet vehicle activity reporting is available monthly or upon request.
What type of fleet vehicles do your solutions cover?
We can cover your entire fleet with Toll Management, Violation Management, and Title & Registration services.
How can I add or remove fleet vehicles to the ViziFleet platform?
Soon, fleet managers will be able to add and remove their own fleet vehicles directly in the ViziFleet portal. Until then, vehicles can be easily added and removed by simply providing Account Services with a file via email or FTP.
What is the onboarding process for ViziFleet?
While not all services are currently available on the ViziFleet management platform, all services are accessible via our sales team. Regardless of the solutions you choose, the onboarding experience is surprisingly simple. Learn more.
